Jerod Brite has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jerod began their career at Palm Harbor Homes, where they served as the Manager of the Mill Department, leading a team of employees and providing materials for the manufacturing plant. Jerod then joined Cintas as a Certified Route Trainer, where they trained and mentored new hires on the daily processes of managing a service and sales route.

After that, Jerod held various roles at Bell Helicopter, including Material Bonder, Material Review Inspector, Six Sigma Black Belt, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Manager of Production Engineering. In these roles, they implemented lean principles, managed cross-functional projects, supported process improvement initiatives, and ensured quality standards were met.

Next, Jerod worked at Burns & McDonnell as a Project Manager, where they oversaw quality management, engineering, and strategy consulting for multiple industries. Jerod implemented continuous improvement strategies and helped clients reduce operating costs and improve throughput.

Jerod then joined KPS Global LLC as the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement, where they directed and oversaw multiple facilities in North America. Jerod established the quality organizational strategy, implemented KPIs and quality management systems, and analyzed measurement systems to improve business performance.

At Clarus, Jerod served as the Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement, where they developed and implemented the quality organizational strategy across all facilities.

Most recently, Jerod joined DynaEnergetics as the Director of Manufacturing Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading all aspects of quality, continuous improvement, process engineering, and equipment maintenance. Jerod coordinated facility and equipment maintenance procedures, established an annual budget, and supported sustainability objectives.

Currently, Jerod holds the position of Director of Operations at Lasko Products, where they oversee the overall operations of the company.

Jerod Brite has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Science from Tarleton State University. Jerod also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Tarrant County College. In terms of additional certifications, Jerod obtained a Strategic Organizational Leadership (SOLC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in February 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Total Quality Management Professional (TQMP) certification from the same institution in March 2021. In 2013, Jerod obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) certification from Textron, and in 2011, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification, also from Textron.
