Thomas Streicher

Thomas Streicher is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in public safety and organizational leadership. Serving as a member of various professional organizations, including the Police Executive Research Forum and the Major Cities Chiefs Association, Streicher has contributed to policing discourse since 1996. As Chief of Police for Cincinnati from 1999 to 2011, oversight and strategic planning were key responsibilities, along with budget management in excess of $100 million. Streicher co-founded Greenwood & Streicher, LLC, a consultancy focused on collaborative policing, and regularly engages in advisory roles, including at CareStar and Lassen Peak. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and multiple prestigious law enforcement leadership certifications.
