Marketing Director - Innovation & Food Service at Lassonde

Claudie Mailloux has a diverse work experience in marketing and development roles. Claudie started their career as a Pre-sale Student Relief at Aliments Ultima - Yoplait in 2009. Later, they worked as an Events Manager at Brasserie Mc Auslan from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Société canadienne du cancer - Division du Québec as a Development Officer for a brief period. Claudie then moved on to Brasserie McAuslan as a Communication Marketing Coordinator from 2011 to 2013. Claudie Mailloux also served as a Marketing Coordinator at Laiterie Chagnon from 2013 to 2014. Claudie joined Olymel as an Assistant Brand Manager - Foodservice from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Claudie works at Lassonde as a Marketing Director, with previous roles in Foodservice & C&G and Innovation & Food Service.

Claudie Mailloux completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Université de Sherbrooke between 2005 and 2008. In 2008, they also attended a course on Corporate Social Responsibility between Mexico, Canada, and the United States at the Universidad Panamericana. Claudie later pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication at the Université de Sherbrooke from 2009 to 2010.
