Scarlett Chepke

Scarlett Chepke is a seasoned communications professional with significant experience in managing internal and external communications. Currently serving as Senior Communications Manager at SOLV Energy since November 2021, Scarlett leads communication efforts, collaborating with various departments to enhance the organization's profile and strategic messaging. Prior to this role, Scarlett held multiple positions at Swinerton Renewable Energy from March 2016 to November 2021, culminating in the role of Communications Manager, where Scarlett executed digital communication strategies for one of the largest solar contractors in the U.S. Additional experience includes hosting trivia events and serving as a concierge, along with a foundational role at Taylor & Pond as an Account Manager in Digital & Social Media Strategy. Scarlett holds a BA in Communication & Rhetoric and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.
