Akos Sereg

Akos Sereg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Akos currently works as a Staff Software Engineer at LastPass since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LogMeIn from 2014 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Staff Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, and Sr. Software Engineer. During their time at LogMeIn, they contributed to various projects such as upgrading ASP.NET MVC, WCF services to WebAPI, and providing REST API for User Management console web app. Before joining LogMeIn, Akos worked at EPAM Systems for a brief period as a Software Engineer (Java). Akos also had a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley as a Software Developer, where they worked on Flex-based RIA application development and .NET/C# based document management application development for Credit Risk managers and analysts. In addition to these roles, Akos has experience as a Web Developer at Vatera and Docler Holding and as a Software Developer at Evosoft, where they worked on a range of projects involving web development, document management tools, and internships.

Akos Sereg earned a Master of Science degree in Application Development from the University of Miskolc. Akos attended the university from 2004 to 2009, completing their education in that field.
