José Queijo Fernandes has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. José is currently working at LastPass as the Director of Engineering, where they lead an Engineering organization focused on understanding customer needs and providing fast and efficient solutions. Prior to LastPass, José worked at LogMeIn as a Senior Engineering Manager. José also founded their own consultancy called qeijo, where they provided tailored solutions to businesses undergoing digital transformation. José has extensive experience in Information Technology and Services. Before founding their consultancy, José worked at Nokia in different roles, including Head of Customer Engagement and Transformation Lead, Head of Operations, Cloud IMS Business Line, and R&D Manager. José Queijo Fernandes has a diverse education history. José completed their Executive MBA with the Highest Honours from HEC Paris in 2019, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2007-2008, they participated as an exchange student through the Erasmus Program at Utrecht University, studying Business Informatics, Cryptography, and Robotics. From 2001 to 2008, José obtained their Master's Degree in Informatics and Systems Engineering from Universidade do Minho, specializing in Computer Science, Operations Research, Logistics, Mathematics, Physics, and Electronics.
