Yeshwanth R

Yeshwanth R has a strong background in data engineering and software development. Yeshwanth is currently working at LastPass as a Senior Data Engineer, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Trūata as a Data Engineer 2 from February 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Trūata, Yeshwanth worked at Informatica as a Software Engineer from October 2018 to August 2019. During this time, they worked with customers from various domains such as Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare. Yeshwanth developed ETL pipeline POCs on Native and Big data platforms using IDQ and Spark. Yeshwanth also gained insights on product code, build, and emergency bug fixes.

Yeshwanth's professional journey started at Tata Consultancy Services in September 2015, where they worked as a System Engineer. Yeshwanth played a key role in multiple data warehousing and Big data projects for clients in the pharmaceutical and retail industries. Yeshwanth designed and implemented ETL jobs for processing large volumes of customer data, transforming it for statistical analysis and visualization. Yeshwanth was also involved in major releases and the implementation of bulk load, OLTP applications, and real-time ETL pipelines.

Yeshwanth R completed their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science and Data Science from Trinity College Dublin from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Yeshwanth also completed their PUC (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Electronics) from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College from 2009 to 2011.

In terms of certifications, Yeshwanth R completed several courses including "Machine Learning, Data Science and Deep Learning with Python" and "Hands on Machine Learning A-Z" from Udemy in July and June 2020 respectively. Yeshwanth also obtained certifications in "Apache Spark Essential Training," "Creating Interactive Presentations with Shiny and R," "Architecting Big Data Applications: Batch Mode Application Engineering," and "HBase Essential Training" from LinkedIn in 2020.
