Dominic Purvis has extensive work experience in various industries, including aviation, hospitality, real estate, marketing services, and HR analytics. Their most recent role is as the SVP Product & Customer Experience at LATAM Airlines starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Experience Strategist at UCX from 2014 to 2022, specializing in helping companies in B2C and B2B sectors design and deliver their customer experience proposition and marketing effectively. Dominic also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at White Desert Antarctica from 2020 to 2021, where they built sales and marketing for the luxury tour operator. Their accomplishments included launching new hotels, streamlining corporate branding, developing innovative CRM campaigns, and managing environmental strategies.

Dominic Purvis has a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Dominic also has a Master of Arts degree in German Language and Literature from the University of Oxford, completed in 1989. Prior to their university education, Dominic attended Winchester College from 1979 to 1984, where they received a scholarship. Dominic also attended Robert Louis Stevenson School in 1985 on an English-Speaking Union Scholarship. In 2000, Dominic completed the AMP program at INSEAD.
