Federico Jäger has extensive work experience in the airline and travel industry. Federico began their career at Asatej Viajes as a Sales Manager, where they managed sales teams and implemented strategies to increase revenue. Federico then joined Delta Air Lines as a Leisure Specialist, responsible for developing market strategies and managing sales in South America.

Jäger later moved to LATAM Airlines, where they held several leadership positions. Federico served as the Commercial Director for Mexico, Cuba, and Central America, overseeing net revenue income and implementing the LAN and TAM merger. Federico was then promoted to the role of Country Manager for Mexico, Cuba, and Central America, where they developed and implemented the overall commercial strategy for LATAM in the region. Jäger also served as the Commercial VP for Latin America and Australasia markets at LATAM Airlines, leading the commercial and growth strategy for multiple countries and achieving regional sales targets.

After their time at LATAM Airlines, Jäger joined American Express as the Travel & Lifestyle Commercial & Operations Sr. Director for Latam markets. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing sales and operations strategies, managing the P&L, and leading a team of 350 employees.

Most recently, Jäger worked at Despegar.com as the Country Managing Director for Argentina and Uruguay. Federico was responsible for the overall commercial strategy, P&L management, and external representation of the company.

Throughout their career, Jäger has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a focus on driving revenue growth and market share.

Federico Jäger obtained a Higher Technical graduate degree in Tourism and Marketing from the Inst superior perito Moreno from 1998 to 2001. Federico also earned a Management Skills Degree from Universidad de 'San Andrés' in 2009 and a Strategic Management Degree from Universidad de Belgrano in 2010.
