Gonzalo Mardones Baeza

Gonzalo Mardones Baeza serves as the Digital Team Lead for Airport Analytics at LATAM Airlines since January 2020, focusing on data strategies and team leadership to enhance decision-making and drive business growth. Previously held roles include IT Process Engineer Expert, Operations Management Analytics, and Control Management Analytics within the Frequent Flyer Program at LATAM Airlines. Prior experience encompasses positions at EXE as an IA Software Developer, where Gonzalo developed an API-REST project in artificial intelligence, and in continuous improvement at Metro de Santiago S.A. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Statistics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad de Talca, complemented by a diploma in Social Leadership.
