Joaquín Yasky

Joaquín Yasky is an experienced professional in airport operations and customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Airport Operations for Europe at LATAM Airlines since February 2014. Yasky has held various roles within LATAM Airlines, including Baggage Handling Manager for SCL Airport, Groundhandling Airport Manager for Chile, and Manager of Customer Experience and Company Cultural Transformation Project, as well as consulting on Lean Project Methodology. Prior to LATAM Airlines, Yasky worked as an Internship Consultant of Lean Management at Enel Group from March 2013 to January 2014. Yasky holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School (2020 - 2021) and a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (2007 - 2013).
