Julieta Ventura

Julieta Ventura is a Corporate Treasury Manager at LATAM Airlines, with experience in implementing treasury projects across Spanish-speaking countries and Brazil. As a mentor for Women in Finance - LatAm, Julieta contributes to the professional development of others in the finance sector. Previously, Julieta served as Head of Treasury at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included cash management and cash flow budgeting for Argentina. A Senior Treasury Specialist at AbbVie, involvement in process simplification and standardization projects was key to operational stabilization across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Julieta's career also features senior treasury roles at Philip Morris International and Raizen SA, alongside experience in operational expenditure coordination at Shell and customer service at Banco Santander. Julieta holds a Master in Finance from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
