Victoria Costa Paz

Victoria Costa Paz is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the biotech and health industry, currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of EYWA, a startup focused on patient-centered psychedelic medicine. Additionally, Victoria is involved with Sigma Squared Society as an Executive and Fellow, aiming to empower future leaders across the globe. In a governance role, Victoria serves on the Supervisory Board of Latam Founders Collective, which supports tech entrepreneurs in Latin America. Other contributions include mentoring at START Global and participating as a Fellow in the START Fellowship Accelerator.
