Jennifer Folch has worked in various customer-facing roles since 2013. Jennifer began their career as a Wings Team Member for Red Bull in 2013 and then moved on to become a Sales Development Representative for Houzz in 2017. In the same year, they joined Agentology Inc. as a Customer Success Advisor and Customer Success Onboarding Specialist. In 2019, they joined Latchel as Head of Service Operations, Head of Customer Success, Manager of Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager. In their role as Head of Customer Success, they were responsible for the post-launch customer experience, leading customer success, T2 support, implementation services, training, and technical specialist teams. Jennifer was also responsible for helping property managers become more responsive and offer better perks while creating a new revenue stream.
