Kogulan Kumaran

Kogulan Kumaran is a Geographic Information Systems Analyst with extensive experience in satellite data management and GIS applications. Currently at LatConnect 60 Ltd since November 2022, Kogulan leads satellite data acquisition, processing, and coordination efforts while managing a team and ensuring accurate project deliveries. Prior roles include GIS Analyst at Jacobs working on the VicMAP project for the City of Melbourne and Drafter at the Land and District Office, where skills in AutoCAD and QGIS were applied. An internship at I-Net Spatial Sdn Bhd provided foundational knowledge in spatial database management. Kogulan holds a Bachelor's degree in Geoinformatics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a diploma in Geomatics from POLITEKNIK TUANKU SULTANAH BAHIYAH.
