Sabeeha Pardhan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries in Canada and the USA. Currently serving as Group HR VP and Group HR Manager for Latecoere since November 2022, Sabeeha has held key HR leadership roles at Terus Construction, Nature's Path Foods, Interfor, ERCO Worldwide, Molson Coors Canada, Lafarge, Westfair Foods/Loblaws, and Rogers Communications. With a strong background in strategic HR management, employee relations, and organizational development, Sabeeha has effectively contributed to the success of numerous organizations by implementing best practices and aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals. Sabeeha holds a Master's Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Royal Roads University and additional qualifications in Human Resources Management and Therapeutic Massage.
