Yasmine Ibrahim

Yasmine Ibrahim is a seasoned professional in compliance and operations, currently serving as the Founding CCO at Latent Holdings since April 2025. Prior to this role, Yasmine held multiple positions at Tether.to from December 2018 to March 2025, including Head of AML Operations, EDD & Onboarding Manager, and Compliance Specialist. Yasmine's experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti, and various roles at BMO Financial Group in AML investigations, as well as co-founding AML Solutions, where responsibilities included agile software development and operational development. Yasmine's career began in customer service roles, and educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and additional training from Harvard University in Enterprise Software Lifecycle Management.
