Latent Labs
Daniella Pretorius is a Computational Protein Design Scientist at Latent Labs since April 2025. Previously served as a PhD Candidate at Imperial College London from October 2021 to March 2025 and completed a summer undergraduate research placement at the same institution in August 2019, working with Professor Bill Rutherford. Daniella completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Modular Protein Engineering Toolkit at Imperial College London from 2021 to 2024, an MRes in Systems and Synthetic Biology from 2020 to 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from 2017 to 2020. Education was preceded by studies at Al Yasmina Academy from 2008 to 2017.
