Akshaya Shridhar

Akshaya Shridhar has a diverse professional background, currently working in Total Rewards at LatentView Analytics since December 2021. Additionally, Akshaya is the Founder and Manager of TantarahLive, a multilingual live band based in Chennai that performs at various events, including corporate and college shows. Previously, Akshaya served as an Associate Program Administrator in the Office of Global Engagement at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from February 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating partnerships with over 270 foreign universities. Educationally, Akshaya holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from the College of Engineering, Guindy, a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics from Singhania University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Ethiraj College for Women, along with a brief course in Data Science as a top mentor in 2021.
