Jillian Offemaria

Jillian Offemaria is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in total rewards and employee relations. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Specialist at Sprout Social, Inc. since September 2025, Jillian previously held the position of HR Advisor at the International Rice Research Institute from January 2023 to September 2025. Prior roles include HR Solutions Expert II and HR Solutions Expert at Asurion from March 2018 to December 2022, and HR Assistant at Bugong Foods Corporation from July 2017 to February 2018.
