Sanjana Hariharan

Sanjana Hariharan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at LatentView Analytics since July 2011, Sanjana leads the planning and administration of HR services aligned with business priorities. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Sanjana successfully scaled recruitment from 40 to 400 employees within two years, developed recruitment strategies for India and the US, and established campus hiring programs. Sanjana's career also includes roles as a recruiter at Infragistics and Merrill Lynch, as well as an HR Generalist at HCL Technologies. Sanjana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Madras.
