Ola Rajska is currently the Head of Design at Lateral Thinking and has a Master’s degree in Design Management & Innovation from IED Barcelona. With 15 years of experience in experiential design, Ola has led innovative projects across spatial, retail, events, and interior design for renowned clients such as Amazon, Google, and Netflix. Previously, Ola served as a Senior Production Designer at Firecracker Works and held positions as a freelance Experiential Design Lead and Director of Interiors at Fnatic. Passionate about circular design, Ola also launched BY.IO to promote sustainable practices within the industry.
