Paz Giusti is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Lateral Thinking since November 2021, Paz previously held the position of Project Manager at DICOM from 2016 to 2020, overseeing projects from conceptualization to completion while leading multidisciplinary teams. As a co-founder and project manager at US BARCELONA from 2014 to 2019, Paz contributed to the development of an urban art festival in Barcelona, utilizing underused spaces for artistic expression. Prior experience includes head of production roles at VICE Media, Inc. and Altraforma, where responsibilities encompassed managing production departments and project oversight, as well as serving as Brand Production Manager at What’s Up Solutions, focusing on event production and BTL campaigns for prominent brands.

So this is the space where we define who we are… The truth is, we have a hard time responding to this question, and we don’t really plan on it getting any easier. How can we define whom we are when we are constantly evolving? Day by day we strive to reinvent ourselves, and it is this passion that inspires us to keep producing great work.
