Olga Filimon-Łęcka

Olga Filimon-Łęcka has a wealth of experience in product design and management. Olga began their career in 2015 as a Customer Success Manager at Prowly.com. In 2016, they became the Head of Customer Success at Survicate. From 2017 to 2019, Olga worked as a Product Designer at Startup Development House, where they had ownership of the whole design process, running workshops, research and interviews, building user flows, personas, information architecture, creating wireframes and prototypes, building interfaces, and reviewing implementations. In 2021, they moved to BoatyardX as a Product Manager. Currently, Olga is a Product Manager at Laterpay.

Olga Filimon-Łęcka obtained their Master of Science - MS in Digital Innovation from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they were enrolled at Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie from 2015 to 2018, studying Management; Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in June 2022.
