LATET - Israeli Humanitarian Aid
Gili Klein's work experience includes roles at various organizations. From 2009 until the present, Gili has been working at LATET - Israeli Humanitarian Aid, starting as a Coordinator of Volunteers and progressing to become the Director of Volunteers and later the Human Resources Manager. Currently, Gili holds the position of VP of HR at LATET, overseeing all aspects of the organization's human resources. Prior to this, Gili worked at Hever Human Capital as a Placement Coordinator and Account Manager for Bank Leumi. Additionally, Gili has experience as a Tour Guide during their mandatory national service at Midreshet Orot Hagalil.
Gili Klein earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Jewish History from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2002 to 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Gili completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The Open University of Israel.

Latet is the largest NGO combating poverty and food insecurity in Israel. Acting as an umbrella organization for 200 local associations, Latet operates the leading national food bank and runs impactful aid programs. With the help of 26,000 volunteers, Latet provides ongoing assistance to 80,000 families and 1,200 Holocaust survivors.
