Lee Chamberlain has extensive experience in executive leadership, program development, budget management, and regulatory compliance across various organizations in the child welfare and behavioral health sectors. With a strong background in staff recruitment and training, Lee has held various leadership roles, including VP Operations at Latham Centers, Inc. and Statewide Director at the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children. Lee also served as Area Director at the Massachusetts Department of Child and Families.
