Ashton Dean is a client-side development manager specializing in the delivery of large regeneration projects. They served as a site manager at Axis Europe from 2014 to 2016 and held several positions, including quality manager at CityWest Homes and construction project manager within the City of Westminster GPH Development Team. From 2021 to 2022, Ashton worked as a senior development delivery manager at Westminster City Council and is currently the head of delivery at Latimer by Clarion Housing Group. Ashton earned a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading and holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Sports Studies from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham.
