Juan Peralta

Juan Peralta is an experienced professional with a diverse background in risk management and entrepreneurship support. Currently serving as a Course Instructor for the Latin American Association's Avanzando Juntas program since 2015, Juan has contributed to the empowerment of over 700 women through a comprehensive entrepreneurship course. As the Director of Emprendedores Latinos USA since 2013, Juan focuses on bridging resource gaps for Latino entrepreneurs via networking, mentorship, and development opportunities. Previously, Juan worked in risk management consulting at RIVER OAK RISK until April 2023, providing tailored risk management strategies for various businesses. Earlier roles included WC/Insurance Manager at Hospitality Staffing Solutions, overseeing risk management-related functions and compliance, and working in the WC Department at Chubb Insurance from 2002 to 2004.
