Leandra Otero, MBA, currently serves as an Accounting Analyst at The Baldwin Group, responsible for reviewing and recording vendor transactions and preparing journal entries for high net worth clients. As Chairperson of the Board for Latinas in Tech - Central Florida, Leandra advocates for Latina women's advancements in the tech industry. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at T-Mobile, where Leandra progressed through multiple quality-focused roles, including Senior Specialist and Quality Analyst, contributing to process improvements and customer experience enhancements. Education includes a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona and two Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and in Accounting and Business/Management from Ashford University and Saint Leo University, respectively.

Latinas in Tech is a non-profit organization with the mission to connect, support and empower Latina women working in technology. Today, the group is comprised of more than 25,000 women, representing more than 15 countries, working at more than 200 technology companies.
