The Advocacy and Engagement team at the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) works to enhance the representation and influence of Latino corporate directors on U.S. boards. They engage with stakeholders, advocate for diversity in boardrooms, and establish strategic partnerships to promote the value of Latino talent in corporate leadership roles. Through outreach and education, the team aims to increase awareness and support for Latino directors, driving initiatives that foster greater inclusion within the corporate governance landscape.
