Bria Marie Hodge

Bria Marie Hodge currently serves as the Director of Small Business Development at the Latino Economic Development Center since October 2023, leading teams focused on small business growth and women's empowerment while managing data collection and program evaluation. Prior experience includes roles at CDFI Friendly America as Senior Manager of Communications & Operations and Consultant, where leadership included marketing initiatives and team management. An accomplished small business owner and dance fitness instructor, Bria successfully expanded a dance fitness studio to over 3,000 clients and adapted business practices during the pandemic. Bria's earlier roles involve project management, marketing coordination, and transcription work, demonstrating a diverse skill set in media, branding, and operational functions. Bria earned a Bachelor’s degree in Media Business & Entrepreneurship from Temple University.
