Hector Santiago

Hector was born in Puerto Rico, where he lived and worked in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations. He brings over 20 years of Leadership experience managing various private businesses on the island. Hector has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree in Materials Management from Ana G. Mendez University of PR. He is also OSHA Certified and Lean Six Sigma Certified. After relocating with his family to the DMV area in 2021, he worked as Operations Director for a private Immigration Law Firm based out of Washington, DC, helping hundreds of immigrants living in the US get work permits, legal documents, and US Citizenship. In his current role as Operations Director at LEDC, Hector provides Administrative and Operational support to all the offices within the organization.
