Jennifer Rios, MSHRM, currently serves as the Vice President of People, Culture and Operations at the Latino Film Institute since August 2023, previously holding the position of Director of People and Culture. Prior to this, Jennifer Rios worked as the Human Resources Manager at Mayfield Junior School of the Holy Child Jesus from March 2020 to August 2023, where expertise in overseeing HR services, payroll operations, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives was demonstrated. Jennifer Rios began a career in human resources as a Generalist at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology from January 2018 to March 2020, effectively managing HR practices across California and Colorado. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Mount Saint Mary's University (2017).
