Marcia Romero

Marcia Romero currently serves as a Board Member for the Latino Leadership Institute and Latinas First Foundation while holding the position of VP, Community Affairs Manager at U.S. Bank since December 2019. With extensive experience in community affairs, Marcia has previously worked as Communications Manager for the City and County of Denver, overseeing strategic communications for financial empowerment programs. Prior roles include Corporate Communications at BOK Financial, Director of Development for Colorado Bright Beginnings, and Special Events/Corporate Giving at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation, where Marcia generated significant revenue through donor development. Marcia's career began at Merrill Lynch as a Client Services Manager, and Marcia also represented the Denver Broncos Football Organization as an NFL Cheerleader. Marcia holds a BSBA in International Business from the University of Denver and a professional certification from the Latino Leadership Institute.
