Olga Patarroyo

Olga Patarroyo's work experience includes a diverse range of roles in human resources, leadership coaching, and HR consultancy. Olga is currently the Vice President of People, Talent & Culture at Latino Media Network. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Holistic Leadership Coaching Academy, where they provided consultation and coaching services for employee resource groups and business leaders. Olga also empowered Latinas worldwide and guided them to maximize their potential. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Corp4ness by Summix Center. Olga has extensive experience in human resources, having served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Henry Schein One. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, including culture development, staffing, and employee relations. Olga also worked as the Founder and Managing Director of OP-inSIGHT, LLC, where they provided HR consulting and career coaching services. Additionally, Olga has held positions as the Human Resources Director at DLA, Inc. and the Human Resources Manager at IMPSAT Fiber Networks Inc, where they managed HR policies and procedures in compliance with US laws and regulations. Overall, Olga Patarroyo has a strong background in HR leadership, coaching, and consultancy.

Olga Patarroyo has a strong education background in both business and psychology. Olga obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, Olga has completed two certifications: PHR Certified from 2007 to 2010 through HR Certification Institute - HRCI and Predictive Index from an institution called The Predictive Index.
