The Leadership Team at LatinoJustice PRLDEF sets the strategic direction and oversees the execution of the organization's mission and objectives. Comprising key figures such as the President and General Counsel, the Chief of Advocacy, and the President, this team ensures cohesive alignment across all pillars of work—Immigrant Rights, Economic Justice, Voting Rights, Criminal Justice Reform, and Leadership Development. They provide guidance for impact litigation, pipeline education programs, and community engagement initiatives, fostering an environment that promotes equitable and accessible justice for the Latino community.
