Jhenyffer Coutinho

Jhenyffer Coutinho serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Plure since May 2020, with a mission to employ half a million women by 2030. Additionally, Jhenyffer is involved in various entrepreneurial roles, including a fellowship at Latitud, and participation in 100 Open Startups as an entrepreneur, recognized as a top HRtech in 2023. Other current commitments include entrepreneurship at C3 - Companies Creating Change and LearningVillagebr, as well as mentorship and speaking roles aimed at empowering women in the job market. Jhenyffer has previously held a managerial position at the Associação Brasileira de Startups and facilitated a Women Leadership Bootcamp. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurial Business Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, alongside specialized training in English and professional communication skills.
