Ben Ballard

Ben Ballard is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in robotics and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Autonomy Integration at Latitude AI since January 2023, Ben previously held various roles at Argo AI from October 2017 to January 2023, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Staff Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a Robotics Engineer position at the National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC) and a Software Developer role at Seegrid, where Ben focused on software development for robotic pallet trucks. Additional work experience includes positions at Bechtel Marine Propulsion Corporation and Codonics. Ben Ballard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
