Khalid Yousif

Khalid Yousif is a Senior Software Engineer at Latitude AI, bringing extensive experience in software engineering and localization algorithms from previous roles at Argo AI and Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center, where Khalid led a localization and mapping project and developed a SLAM system for 3D mapping. Khalid has also contributed to the field of autonomous driving at Faraday Future, focusing on localization and mapping algorithms. Academic accomplishments include a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at York University and research on traffic video analytics, complemented by a Doctor of Philosophy in Robotics and Computer Vision from RMIT University.
