Maria Jahja

Maria Jahja is a Senior Scientist at Latitude AI since February 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Software Engineer at Argo AI from June 2022 to February 2023. Maria gained experience as a Data Scientist Intern at Google in the summer of 2021 and completed multiple internships at Argo AI from 2018 to 2020, including roles as a Research Intern and Software Engineer Intern. Academic contributions include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where Maria earned a PhD and Master's degree in Statistics and Machine Learning. An undergraduate degree in Statistics and Economics was obtained from North Carolina State University. Additional research experiences include internships at SAS, Duke-NUS Medical School, and being a Visiting Student Researcher at Western University.
