Vernitus Okolie

Vernitus Okolie is a Resource Development Geologist at Regis Resources Ltd since May 2022 and also works as a Geologist at Meeka Gold Limited since September 2021, focusing on mineral exploration and resource definition geology. Previous experience includes a role as a Geologist Vacation Student at Fortescue Metals Group, an Assistant Surveyor at LandMark Surveys, and a Wellsite Geologist with OGU AND BROS WATER BOREHOLE ASSOCIATE, overseeing water borehole drilling and conducting geological analyses. Vernitus has also served as a Geophysics and Geology instructor at the University of Liberia and worked in marketing for the Power Holding Company of Nigeria. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from Curtin University, an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Network Engineering, and various other degrees and certifications in geophysics, geological sciences, and surveying.
