Abhik Brahmachari

Abhik Brahmachari has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Abhik is currently the Head of Technology and Strategy at Latitude Financial Services, a position they have held since May 2023. In this role, Abhik is responsible for overseeing the design, build, and operation of IT assets and engineering services. Abhik ensures the delivery of impactful and future-state customer experiences.

Prior to joining Latitude Financial Services, Abhik spent six and a half years at Medibank as the Head of Technology - Digital. Their primary focus was on expanding the capability of the digital technology team and delivering highly scalable digital assets. Abhik led various teams, including development, cloud services, operations, quality assurance, and information security. Abhik also provided architecture expertise and owned the ongoing technology roadmap for the digital team.

Abhik's previous experience includes a role as a Transition and Transformation Program Manager at Latitude Financial Services in 2016. Before that, they worked at GE Capital as a Digital Delivery Leader from June 2015 to December 2015 and as a Delivery Manager from June 2010 to May 2015. Abhik also worked as a Lead Consultant at Capgemini in 2009, an Account Manager at Attra from 2008 to 2009, and an IT Project Manager at Principal Financial Group from 2007 to 2008.

Abhik's career began at Tata Consultancy Services in 2001 as an Associate Consultant, where they worked for six years before moving on to other opportunities. Throughout their work experience, Abhik has demonstrated their expertise in technology leadership, digital transformation, program management, and consultancy.

Abhik Brahmachari obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST), Berhampur, from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended St Joseph High School in Bhubaneswar, where they completed their I.C.S.E from 1990 to 1994.
