Leanne Xu

Leanne Xu is an experienced finance professional currently serving as General Manager of Lending Operations at Latitude Financial Services since February 2022. Prior to this role, Leanne held leadership positions at Symple Loans, including Head of Operations and Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance, from 2018 to March 2022. Leanne's extensive background includes various roles at ANZ from 2009 to 2018, where responsibilities ranged from Product Manager for Personal Loans to Assurance Senior Manager. Leanne began the professional career at KPMG as a Senior Consultant in IT Advisory & External Audit from June 2005 to October 2009. Academic credentials include dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and Information Systems from the University of Melbourne, along with Chartered Accountant status and completion of a SAFe 4.5 Course from Scaled Agile. Additionally, Leanne has pursued studies at The Wharton School focusing on transformative financial services and strategies.
