Liisi Org

Liisi Org has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Liisi is currently the CEO of Latitude59 and a Venture Associate at The Better Fund, where they focus on supporting female-founded and gender-balanced teams in Europe. Prior to that, they served as Estonia's National Expert at WSA and as the Startup Community Development Manager at Startup Estonia, where they worked to strengthen the Estonian startup ecosystem. Liisi also held the position of President of the Estonian Alumni Association at the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation, organizing events and communicating with alumni. Liisi has organized the Startup Week Tallinn festival and worked as a Customer Success Manager at Scoro, ensuring positive customer experiences. Liisi has also been involved in the education sector, working as a Speaker Management intern at NY EDTECH WEEK and an Associate at NYU Steinhardt Edtech Accelerator. Additionally, Liisi has experience as a Private Lessons Coordinator at Fluent City, an innovative language training organization.

Liisi Org obtained a Master's Degree in Educational Management from the University of Tartu from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Management from the University of Tartu from 2009 to 2012. In addition, Liisi participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Universidad Europea from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Liisi also has additional certifications, including the BAFF Alumni Mentorship Program's Certificate from the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation and Sales certifications in Customer Success and Developing a Service Orientation from LinkedIn.
