Head Of Quality And New Product Development at Lato Milk

Dr. Amit Kumar Singh has worked in various roles related to quality and product development in the food and beverage industry. Dr. Amit Kumar started their career in 2011 as a Sr. Microbiologist in Nestlé and worked there until 2016. Dr. Amit Kumar then joined Kwality Global as an Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance, where they stayed until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked in gategroup as a Quality and Food Safety Manager. Recently, in 2021, they joined Lactalis Group as a Quality Manager in QA. Dr. Amit Kumar is currently working at Lato Milk as the Head of Quality and New Product Development.

Dr. Amit Kumar Singh holds a Ph.D. degree in Microbiology from Singhania University. Prior to their Ph.D., they completed their M.Sc. (Hons) in Microbiology from Lovely Professional University and their B.Sc. (Hons) in Microbiology from Bundelkhand University. Dr. Singh's secondary education includes completing their XII from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they focused on the Science field, and their X from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
