Rowena Francisco

Rowena Francisco has experience working at Latrobe Regional Hospital as an Implementation Lead and Quality and Safety Officer in the mental health sector. Prior to this, Rowena worked as a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician at the same hospital. Before joining Latrobe Regional Hospital, Rowena held the position of Team Manager at the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria.
