Kevin R. Loud

Kevin Loud is based in Scottsdale, AZ where he leads the firm’s investment banking activities and advises public/private companies and or owners on mergers & acquisitions, and Debt & Equity transactions.

He has over 27 years of capital and financial advisory experience, including 18 years as principal and 9 years as investment banker. He has successfully co-founded 4 start-up firms and has participated in transactions ranging from, Friends & Family PPM’s, Angel Investments, minority/majority institutional equity, Senior Debt, Mezzanine/Subordinated Debt, public IPO’s and reverse –mergers. He has extensive experience with M&A and once led a team that acquired 18 companies in 12 months. Having been on both the banking and principal side of a transaction, Mr. Loud understands the challenges companies face in obtaining capital.

Prior to Founding Clear Growth Capital, Mr. Loud served as a Senior Managing Director at Windstone Capital Partners, on the Capital Markets Desk, serving lower to middle market commercial accounts in the southwest since the early 2000’s. Prior to that, he held senior executive positions at Vanion, Internet Commerce & Communications, Qwest, WorldCom and Vyvx Telecom. Additionally, Mr. Loud has served on Boards with private investors as well as institutional investors.

Mr. Loud holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA ’77 and an MBA from the Mason School of Business at William & Mary ’79 graduating Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Loud is FINRA registered and holds series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
