Jonathan Dumlao

Jonathan Dumlao serves as the Senior Manager of Package Design Development at Lattice Semiconductor since September 2012, where responsibilities include leading the LMN package design team within the Product Development Engineering sector of the R&D group, focusing on package design and simulations including thermal, thermo-mechanical stress, and electrical evaluations. Prior to this role, Jonathan Dumlao worked for Amkor Technology, Inc. from August 1994 to September 2012 as a Senior Substrate Designer and team lead. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AMA University, obtained between 1988 and 1993.
