Pravin Desale is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in engineering and R&D leadership across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering/R&D at Lattice Semiconductor, Pravin has previously held senior roles at Semtech as Senior Vice President of IoT Engineering and at Veritas as Senior Vice President. Notably, Pravin held various Vice President positions at Seagate Technology, overseeing Flash Solutions Engineering and Cloud and Electronics Solutions Group, and was also VP Engineering at LSI Corporation. Pravin's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and undergraduate studies at COEP Technological University.
