Saleem Rehman

Saleem Rehman is a Senior Test Engineer with extensive experience in product development and testing for semiconductor devices. Currently employed at Lattice Semiconductor Inc. since October 2015, Saleem has developed new products and debugged ATE test programs, demonstrating expertise in TMDS, HDMI, MHL, SerDes, and high-speed controllers. Prior experience includes a position at BEA Systems as a Senior Product/Test Engineer, where Saleem conducted yield analysis for CMOS Image Sensors, and at Silicon Image Inc. as a Senior Test Engineer. Saleem holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
